The Lance Design TBC Remote System connects to the controlled devices such as VTRs or
frame syncs using small device-specific interface modules. These modules connect to
the CP-160B control panels using the coax TBC Remote network. Each type of module is
specifically designed to provide appropriate analog voltages or serial digital signals to
control the VTR or other device.Most analog modules (AIF-x) are powered from the VTR,
and require no separate power source. Most digital modules (SIF-x) require an
external 'wall-wart' power supply, which is supplied with the modules.
Six-foot interconnect cables are also supplied to connect the modules to the VTRs.
The only customer-supplied cable is the coax. |
