| If you require a written quote, email or call and we will get a quote out promptly. The quotes will be sent via email unless otherwise specified |
| PLACING YOUR ORDER |
| Lance Design will accept purchase orders from commercial, non-profit, and government entities. We prefer a hard-copy purchase order, either via fax or email, but can accept verbal purchase orders from established customers if necessary. |
| INVOICING AND PAYMENT TERMS |
| We will mail your invoice at the time your order ships. Our payment terms are payment in full due 30 days from the invoice date. |
| CREDIT CARD PAYMENT |
| We do not accept credit cards at the current time. |
| SHIPPING |
| We normally ship via Federal Express 2-day, unless otherwise specified. We can charge the shipping to your Fedex account if you'd prefer, or prepay and add to your invoice. |
